Request deletion of your app account and associated personal data from SSMMA LLC, doing business as Primal MKE. You do not need to sign in or reinstall the app.
If the button does not open your email app, email info@primalmke.com with the subject Primal MKE Tribe account deletion. Include your account email. Mention any parent-managed child records or separate trial bookings to include. Do not send your password or verification code.
We may verify your identity or parental authority, then review your account and associated records. We will respond with the expected completion time and tell you about any information that must be retained and why. We will confirm completion. Account archiving alone does not complete a deletion request.
The request covers account identity and sessions, profile details, emergency contacts, training records, messages, community content, member-owned uploads and other personal information linked to your account. Associated trial, lead, coaching and external-service records are reviewed as part of the request. We request applicable deletion from service providers too.
Some records may be retained for a specific legitimate purpose, such as financial recordkeeping, waiver or incident-related legal obligations, fraud prevention, security or dispute resolution. We explain applicable exceptions and retention information in our response. Historical backups are not immediately purged by the app's deletion operation. Copies other users have independently kept may remain outside our control.
Deleting your app account does not automatically cancel your gym membership or purchases. Contact us separately about those arrangements; you may still submit your deletion request now.
You can also request deletion of specific personal data without deleting your entire account using the same email address. Describe which records you mean.
